RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

You are responsible for canceling and rescheduling your own appointment this obligation is your sole responsibility. If you cancel your

appointment greater than 24 hours before your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. You are allowed ONLY (1) reschedule to transfer your deposit. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of service. No Call, No Show appointments will be subject to a penalty charge of $50.00 to re-book. You can cancel, reschedule & view your appointments at your convenience. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after you book your appointment that will tell you the time, date, and location of your appointment. Absolutely NO REFUNDS for any reason.

SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $30.00

LATE POLICY

You have a 10 minute grace period. Every min after 10 mins requires $2 per minute late. After 20 minutes, deposit will be forfeited and appointment is cancelled.

DEPOSIT

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

if you are bringing the remaining balance in CASH, Please have exact amount I may not have change. credit cards, debit cards, or any form of payment in person is also accepted.
